The Parks Scout Group will be taking part in a sunflower growing competition kindly organised by The Parks Community Association. We’ll be sending the Scouts home with some pots and seeds ready for the competition. As well as the wider estate competition we’ll also be competing within each section (prizes TBD!)
Terry from the Community Association will be passing on when the final measuring will take place (likely in a few months time). If young people could keep a growing log that would be fantastic (and also contribute to various gardening badges…)
